As someone that deals with anxiety regret is a place I often visit. It shares space with blame island . Throughout June I am going to talk about how I've managed to curb this bad habit of a regretful mindset by turning to empathy.
Sometimes it helps to look at another's situation to understand our own. Forgiveness continues as we punch regret in the face and stand up to it.
